Case Study
AI Summary: LouderAI partnered with HC3 — a customer communications partner serving financial institutions nationwide — to move its leadership team from scattered AI experimentation to governed, practical adoption. In roughly six weeks, LouderAI stood up a secure ChatGPT Business environment, strengthened HC3’s AI governance foundation, built leadership fluency, and translated real workflows into Custom GPTs. The engagement became the foundation for an enterprise-wide AI expansion.Client: HC3

The Challenge
HC3 is a technology-driven customer communications partner serving more than 700 financial institutions nationwide across document design, digital delivery, print and mail optimization, and integrated technology solutions.Leadership saw the potential of generative AI, but familiarity varied widely across the team and pockets of experimentation were already emerging independently across the organization. HC3 needed a structured approach that preserved that innovation while adding consistency, governance, and direction. Three things had to happen at once:
- A shared baseline: Twelve leaders with very different levels of prior AI experience needed a common understanding of what the technology could and could not do.
- Guardrails before scale: Operating in a regulated, client-facing industry meant responsible-use boundaries had to be settled before broad adoption.
- Proof in real work: Awareness alone would not move the organization — leaders needed to see AI create value inside their own workflows.
The Solution
LouderAI designed a six-week program that paired governance and fluency with hands-on building, so leadership finished with both the guardrails and the working tools.
- Foundation: Ran structured discovery with leadership to surface high-friction workflows, supported development of HC3’s AI governance framework, and stood up a secure, business-grade ChatGPT environment.
- Fluency: Delivered foundational and applied training that established a shared baseline across the leadership cohort, then moved into hands-on use against everyday business activities.
- Capability: Built Custom GPTs against HC3’s actual processes — contract review, pricing analysis, brand voice — and trained leaders to evaluate, refine, and create their own rather than depend on prebuilt tools.
Results & Accomplishments
By close, HC3’s leaders were not discussing AI — they were using it on real work across contracts, pricing, sales research, marketing, technology, and reporting.
- Delivered 10 Custom GPTs against an original scope of up to five, as new opportunities surfaced through discovery and collaboration.
- Produced measurable workflow gains — a contract review process dropped from roughly two hours to thirty minutes, and a recurring report from about ten minutes to one.
- Transferred capability rather than dependency: several leaders moved past the tools built for them and began designing their own AI workflows independently.
- Set the foundation for enterprise scale — the engagement led directly into an expanded Embedded AI Team relationship reaching more than 100 corporate employees.
“I think we’ve made a lot of progress this quarter in getting a lot more people in the company engaged on what’s possible.”
